Friday 16 February: say goodbye

Today was going to be the last day at the office. So we went there and the day started with a presentation of my father. He gave an explanation to the team with who he is working. I was also joining the presentation but it was very difficult to understand for me.

When it was finished we went for lunch with some of the people of this team. It was very cozy and the food was also very good, although it was a lot. We got the food on a plate which was still hot, this caused a sizzling sound coming from the food. So they called the dish sizzlers.

When we went back to office I noticed that my iPad didn’t charge during the night although it was connected to the power. So I had to arrange a charger and I got a laptop to borrow. So I cloud still work on my blogs and do some homework for school.

At 5 A.M. the work was done and so we had to say goodbye to everyone. This was very strange because you saw them for nearly two weeks and probably you will never see them again. So we took some pictures together as a kind of memory for later.

For dinner we went to the same restaurant as last Sunday, called Toscano. We ate some pizza and again we got a free dessert, this was very nice and we were very surprised.

In the evening we had to take our stuff because we were going for a safari trip next morning. For this safari we had to wake up at 6:00. So we also went to bed early because we wanted to be fit for the next day.
